John Anaipakos

John Anaipakos is a veteran trial lawyer for businesses in high stakes disputes. His clients have included Fortune 500 companies, large private companies, and their executives. John is experienced in disputes involving a wide variety of industries, including energy, retail, and professional services, among others. In the energy space, John’s deep experience includes the representation of power, utility, and oil and gas clients for over 25 years. John has tried a broad range of cases to Texas juries, including breach of contract, oil and gas, wrongful death/catastrophic injury, accounting malpractice and employment. He has also tried numerous cases to administrative law judges and arbitration panels, and argued appeals to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, Supreme Court of Texas and various intermediate appellate courts.
