Having completed financings in the large-cap space down to the lower middle market, Glen has valuable insight into each party's perspective in virtually all of his deals. He has represented direct lenders and bulge-bracket investment banks as well as top-tier private equity sponsors, independent sponsors and various operating companies. His varied practice also includes international financings and those outside the acquisition context.
