Johan Norderyd’s work with a wide range of intellectual property matters, including, but not limited to, strategic advice and managing global IP portfolios, and also assisting and advising in infringement matters globally. His more than 20 years of experience, in-depth knowledge and experience in IP litigation and advising clients in complicated issues relating to trademarks, patents, design and copyright is well recognized.

In both 2015 and 2016, Johan was awarded the ILO Clients Choice Award for in the category Intellectual Property Trademarks – Sweden. He is also ranked individually in Chambers, WTR1000 and by MIP as an IP Star for both trademarks and patents.

Johan is deeply involved in INTA and has served in numerous committees, also as chairperson. He is the Swedish rapporteur to INTA’s country guides on cancellation and enforcement and also a regular contributor to the Kluwer Copyright blog. Johan is a frequent lecturer at Lund University – both in the Faculty of Law and the Department of Business Law.
