Joel Unruch is based in Chicago and serves as Accenture's General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. He has been with the company since 2011 and prior to this had stints in-house at Amazon and as a private-practice lawyer at Cravath. He oversees the company's global legal function, and regularly takes lead on complex M&A, AI and technology-related matters.
