Jodi Green is the Founder and Managing Partner of Antithesis Law, guiding clients through the complex and ever-evolving maze of legal and business issues that impact those involved in the psychedelics ecosystem and other emerging industries.
Leveraging her own entrepreneurial experience as a guide, Jodi assists clients with a wide range of legal needs, including corporate formation and governance; contracts; regulatory compliance; and insurance coverage. She also provides fractional general counsel and insurance risk management services to growing entities.

Antithesis lawyers have also served as in-house counsel for leading organizations, such as Burning Man and MAPS.
On top of her legal work, Jodi is a prolific writer and dynamic public speaker, who has spoken for organizations such as MAPS Psychedelic Science, Psychedelics Today, reMind Psychedelic Business Forum, and YPO. She also testified before the National Association of Insurance Commissioners on the importance of insurance for highly regulated industries, including cannabis, and published an online course titled: “Managing the Risks of Cannabis-Related Businesses."
A Board Member of the Psychedelic Bar Association, Jodi was also named a California “Super Lawyer” and a Top 200 Psychedelics Lawyer.

Experience

Formation of a multi-entity, multi-state ketamine addiction recovery venture, including management services organization, along with related fundraising documents, licensing agreements, and other applicable contracts.
Assist with contract review and general corporate legal advice for psychedelic employee benefits company.
Assist with corporate review, contracts, healthcare and insurance advice for California in-person ketamine assisted therapy retreat.
Assist with healthcare and corporate legal issues for California ketamine psychiatry and IV vitamin clinic.
Assist with healthcare and corporate legal issues for California psychotherapy and integrative wellness clinic.
Assist with corporate formation and contracts for California integration coaching practice.
Assist with corporate formation, fundraising and investor contracts, and regulatory advice for psychedelic public benefit company.
Assist hemp beverage startup with incorporation of new entity, review and drafting of licensing agreements.
Formation of new entities and trademark applications for psychedelic coaching businesses.
Recovered $4.75 million for a client in a dispute with an insurance carrier over proceeds from a homeowner’s insurance policy.
Represented client in California litigation involving regulatory issues surrounding hemp-derived cannabinoids.
Serves as general counsel and compliance officer for advertising technology company.
Served as an insurance coverage consultant for an insurance broker to assist with cannabis, hemp, and psychedelic insurance programs.
Assisted with implementation of standardized language, policies and procedures relating to insurance provisions in commercial contracts.
Assisted in insurance coverage analysis and dispute resolution against numerous pharmaceutical companies in the trillion-dollar nationwide opioid litigation.
Assisted in mediation of $800 million in claims over damages and insurance coverage for the MGM Harvest Festival mass shooting.
