Practice Areas
João Paulo Pessoa is a lawyer specializing in public and regulatory law, with a strong focus on the infrastructure sector, particularly in Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) and concessions. He holds a Ph.D. in Law from PUC-SP, where he also teaches Constitutional Law, and is a Certified Professional in Public Procurement (CP3P). João Paulo serves in leadership roles at institutions such as FIESP, ABCD, and IBEJI, and is an active member of OAB-SP, CBAr, and the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF). He is the author and co-author of several publications on constitutional law, sanitation regulation, and access to public information.
