Joanne Hyde

Joanne Hyde is a partner based in Dublin, Ireland, with over 30 years of experience as a specialist employment lawyer. She has worked both in private practice with large Dublin law firms and as an in-house European employment lawyer at Intel Corporation. Joanne leverages her in-house experience to deliver commercial solutions and manage risk on a range of employment issues for employer clients.

Her client base includes several of the largest multinational companies operating in Ireland, as well as small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and public sector organisations. Joanne advises on issues such as absence management, equality, grievance, disciplinary and bullying and harassment investigations, transfers of businesses/outsourcing, and terminations of employment. She also defends employment litigation claims in the Workplace Relations Commission, the Circuit Court, and the High Court.

Joanne is a member and former Chair of the Employment and Equality Committee of the Law Society of Ireland. She has also advised the Board and member companies of the American Chamber of Commerce on significant issues affecting US multinationals operating in Ireland.
