About

Provided by Lewis Silkin

Over the last year the Dublin team has further grown to 3 partners and 6 associates and is led by Irish employment law specialists Síobhra Rush and Linda Hynes and commercial expert Victor Timon. Our Dublin office focuses on all aspects of Irish and international employment law services, as well as supporting clients with business immigration needs in addition to workplace data protection compliance.

Our team’s expansion is part of the rapid growth of Lewis Silkin’s practice and coverage across the island of Ireland as a whole. The opening of our Belfast office in August 2021 along with the appointment of a new senior employment partner in June, taking the Belfast office to 6 partners. Together our Irish offerings provide our clients a platform offering seamless advice right across the island of Ireland and beyond

We offer best in class service to our clients advising a mixture of established as well as new clients on a wide range of complex employment issues for both clients based in Ireland as well as international clients. We advised on everything from complex restructures and redundancies, disciplinary procedures, TUPE, day to day employment issues, to advising start-ups on their resourcing needs for setting up in Ireland.

Our practice continues to support clients in a range of specialist areas, successfully defending a number of employment claims this year. We also advised our clients on the employment law aspects of outsourcing, restructuring and M&A transactions.
