Joanna Hunt

Joanna is Head of Immigration and a Partner at DAC Beachcroft LLP. She has over 12 years’ experience in business immigration law, advising a diverse range of clients including NHS Trusts and government bodies, multi national companies, professional services firms, charities and individuals on how to successfully negotiate the UK’s immigration system. She specialises in work based migration and has expertise in advising businesses and applicants on visa options and employers on their obligations under the sponsorship and prevention of illegal working system. Her personal immigration practice spans assisting individuals with family based application to complex applications for British citizenship.
