Joanna is Head of Immigration and a Director at Fieldfisher LLP. She has over 10 years’ experience in immigration law, advising a diverse range of clients including multi national companies, professional services firms, charities and individuals on how to successfully negotiate the UK’s immigration system. She specialises in work based migration and has expertise in advising businesses and applicants on visa options and employers on their obligations under the sponsorship and prevention of illegal working system. Her personal immigration practice spans assisting individuals with family based application to complex applications for British citizenship.

Qualified with Wilson Solicitors LLP (2009). Worked at Lewis Silkin for nearly 10 years and joined Fieldfisher as Head of Immigration in 2021.

Personal

When job and family commitments allow, Joanna is a keen runner and is aiming to run a marathon in the near future.
