Joachim Exner is a lawyer specialising in insolvency and restructuring law and has worked (almost) exclusively as an insolvency administrator, trustee and self-administrator (CIO/CRO) since 1999. Studied law at the University of Erlangen / Nuremberg. Legal clerkship at the Nuremberg Higher Regional Court.
Lawyer since 1996; since 1999 (almost) exclusively active as insolvency administrator.
Appointed as insolvency administrator by the insolvency courts of Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg, Saxony and Thuringia.
Specialized in handling complex insolvency proceedings with the aim of preserving companies and jobs.
