In line with the strategic focus of Dr. Beck & Partner, Dr. Ampferl specialises in the restructuring and reorganisation of companies under insolvency conditions. Based on many years of experience, his core competencies include the stabilisation and mass continuation of companies. On a case-by-case basis, he develops reorganisation concepts and business plans to restore the competitiveness of companies. He implements these through investor solutions and insolvency plans, thereby securing jobs in the long term. As a trustee, he assists and supports in complex self-administration and protective shield proceedings. In addition, he manages and structures self-administrations as chief revenue officer (CRO) or general representative. He acts as restructuring officer in restructuring proceedings under the German Restructuring Act (StaRUG). Dr Ampferl is also the author of numerous specialist publications and a speaker on practical insolvency law issues.

Career

Following training as a banker in Ingolstadt, studied business in Regensburg and Wolverhampton, followed by studies in law in Regensburg as well as legal traineeships in Regensburg and Amberg.
