Practice Areas

Jiten Tank is an associate in the Tax practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s London office. He has a broad range of experience which includes providing tax advice in connection with the structuring of financial products and working on transactional matters. His areas of focus include lending, real estate finance, structuring joint venture companies, and sales and acquisitions. His practice is truly international and a significant majority of his work has a cross-border element. He also has experience in indirect (VAT, stamp duty, SDRT) planning, particularly in the context of financial and real estate transactions.
