Jie is the head of DaHui’s antitrust / competition and compliance team and has almost two decades of experience handling antitrust and competition matters, including working at the PRC Ministry of Commerce where he was heavily involved with drafting the PRC Anti-Monopoly Law and related regulations, as well as directly handling various competition-related matters. Jie also was a key lawyer at the antitrust team of a leading international law firm before joining DaHui. Jie has a deep understanding of how law enforcement agencies work, and of the unique legal, political and cultural environment of China.
