On average every year, we act for clients in nearly fifty competition-related matters, including handling merger control filings, acting as a monitoring trustee for merger control remedy cases, and advising on competition-related investigations, litigation, and compliance matters. We provide market-entry services, help develop strategies to structure successful transactions, assess whether merger transactions may trigger filing requirements, and handle merger control filings. We also review and revise commercial contracts and other agreements and provide legal opinions and recommendations on potential antitrust violations. At the same time, we advise clients on competition law-related administrative investigations and challenges from other market players, represent clients in civil actions, administrative reviews, and administrative actions, and draft and review compliance manuals relating to competition law and provide antitrust training.
