Arthur Ma is a partner at DaHui Lawyers and spearheads the firm’s cross-border dispute resolution practice. His practice includes both complex domestic litigation/arbitration and international arbitration. Benefiting from over 12 years of practice experience with a number of leading law firms in their Shanghai, London, Washington DC, Hong Kong and Beijing offices, and his unique training with leading international arbitrator Neil Kaplan CBE, KC, Arthur is particularly adept in helping foreign investors resolve their disputes with PRC entities and recover debts in China before either domestic tribunals or international arbitrators. Arthur is an enlisted arbitrator of the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) and also sits as arbitrator in various HKIAC cases.
