Ms. Wang has extensive experience in aircraft financing and leasing, having represented numerous domestic passenger and cargo airlines and domestic and overseas leasing companies and banks. In hundreds of transactions, Ms. Wang has represented clients in relation to civil aircraft, cargo aircraft, business jets, engines, helicopters, and spares, including in financings supported by The Export-Import Bank of the United States and Euro Export Credit Agency, cross-border lease transactions (including operating and finance leases), domestic tax-bonded structure lease transactions, onshore and offshore PDP finance for purchasing new aircraft and engines, lease-in and lease-out transactions, lease novation and assignment, and domestic and overseas bank financing and syndicated loans. Ms. Wang has also represented a variety of leasing companies and private enterprises in the purchase, sale, and lease of business jets. She provides legal services in these transactions that include designing deal structures, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, representing clients in negotiations, advising on legal matters, and issuing legal opinions and she is also familiar with Cape Town Convention related matters, including registrations with the International Registry and filing of IDERA in China. Before joining Zhong Lun W&D in 2022, Ms. Wang had been working with Han Kun Law Offices for seven years.

Ms. Wang graduated from Fudan University with an LL.B. degree in 2007 and from Renmin University with an LL.M. degree in 2014.
