Gaochong Hu

Attorney Gaochong Hu is the Vice Chair and Senior Partner of Zhonglun W&D Law Firm and serves as Chair of the firm’s Labor and Human Resources Law Committee. A graduate of China Foreign Affairs University, he concentrates his practice on corporate compliance, civil and commercial dispute resolution, and labor and employment.

Mr. Hu has extensive experience in corporate governance and complex commercial disputes, particularly in compliance matters and cases arising in the culture and entertainment industry. His advisory and litigation work covers a wide range of issues, including corporate control disputes, the validity of equity transfer agreements, and trade secret infringement litigation.

In the labor and employment field, Mr. Hu leads a dedicated team providing comprehensive legal services to enterprises.
