Jiaguo Wang

Wang Jiaguo is General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of China Railway Construction Corporation Limited (CRCC). His role is positioned at the intersection of legal oversight and enterprise compliance, focusing on board and governance matters, dispute strategy, regulatory engagement and compliance programme management across large-scale project delivery. In supporting leadership, she also assists with structure controls around contracting and project risk, while maintaining consistency across domestic and international execution.
