Jetty is a partner and specializes in corporate and securities law and leads Houthoff's ECM team. She focuses in particular on equity capital markets (ECM), public and private M&A transactions and governance of (listed) companies. She regularly works together with Houthoff's Financial Regulatory Team on insurance and other financial institutions ECM and M&A work. Jetty works in the Capital Markets and Corporate/M&A practice groups.
After working at Allen & Overy for over 16 years, she joined Houthoff in 2016. She is a member of the Dutch Commercial Law Association and the Dutch Financial Law Association (VVFR).
