Jessica Wang works in Banking and Capital Market Department of Lee and Li. Her strong expertise lies in banking and finance (including syndication financing, aircraft financing, derivatives and collateral/security transactions), capital markets (initial public offering, GRD/ECB offering, corporate bonds and bank debentures offering, securities investment and consulting enterprises and funds), insurance, securities, trust, corporate investment and mergers and acquisitions, covering transaction advices, regulatory compliance advices, license/permit applications, foreign investment approval and review & drafting contracts.
Jessica has extensive experience in hundreds of foreign corporates and sovereign issuers in offering and listing non-NTD-denominated International Bonds/Formosa Bonds in Taiwan, including the very first sovereign bond issuance by State of Qatar and first Sukuk issuance deal. She was the Taiwan legal counsel team of Foxconn Industrial Internet Co Ltd. (FII) for A-share IPO case. In mergers and acquisitions (M&A) practice, she participated in several local and cross-border deals including ASML's acquisition of Hermes Microvision, Inc, MediaTek's tender offer for the common stocks of Airoha Technology, LINE's investment in iPASS and Citibank's sale of Taiwan consumer banking business in DBS. She also advised several restructuring transactions including DuPont and ASML groups. Recently, Jessica also participate in advising clients on AML/CFT and sanctions compliance issues.
