Jessica K. Lang is an associate in the Boston, Massachusetts, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses solely on business immigration matters.

Jessica counsels corporate clients ranging from emerging companies to market-movers seeking to hire high-skilled foreign talent in the U.S. and increase global mobility for their employees. Jessica helps clients navigate the complex immigration system and create pathways for their future in the U.S. She advises clients on a full range of business immigrations matters, including nonimmigrant visa petitions and immigrant petitions for Lawful Permanent Residence before U.S. Department of Labor and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. She also advises on outbound international transfers, I-9 and E-Verify compliance issues.

Career

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis PC, Jessica worked on global immigration and employment matters at an international law firm, leading the strategic expansion of the global mobility program with emphasis on UK and Asia. During her undergraduate studies, Jessica served as vice president of Pi Sigma Alpha, National Political Science Honor Society, and was selected for membership in the Global Leadership Program while studying abroad at Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia.
