Jessica C. Hill

A seasoned litigator, Jessica Hill focuses on Section 337 proceedings before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). She has participated in twenty-three such investigations and eight evidentiary hearings. She has hands-on experience with every phase of Section 337 investigations, from pre-complaint counseling through appeal of final ITC determinations to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC), as well as CBP enforcement of ITC exclusion orders. She represents clients across a wide range of technologies, including smartphones, wireless communications, radio base stations, cable television set-top boxes, image processing systems, electric car batteries, solar cells, balanced armature devices, LED packages, OLED displays, and graphics data processing systems.

Jessica is a member of the Executive Committee of the ITC Trial Lawyers Association, the leading bar association for Section 337 practitioners.
