Former tax partner/shareholder at Andrews Davis, PC: (1) assisted clients with disputing/protesting tax proposed by the Internal Revenue Service and the OTC; (2) reviewed and drafted tax related provisions in connection with private security offerings and the purchase/s sale of businesses; (3) documented and assisted clients with the purchase and sale of businesses; and (4) prepared legal opinions on the federal and income tax consequences of various transactions; and (5) assisted with client estate planning for medium and large estates.
