Since 2006, Jesper has worked on a wide range of cases within data protection law, related regulations, and operational compliance.

With his background as both a long-time lawyer and a former Head of Division (kontorchef) at the Danish Data Protection Agency’s (Datatilsynet) supervisory unit, he has a strong understanding of both his clients’ needs and the expectations of the Danish Data Protection Agency. This expertise is a significant advantage when Jesper advises and collaborates with clients to find the best possible solution for them.

On a daily basis, Jesper advises both private and public authorities on all matters related to data protection and operational compliance.

Jesper is frequently used as a speaker on data protection law topics and serves as a regular course instructor on Hopp & Partners’ five-day Certificate in Data Protection Law.
