Jérôme Terfve is a partner at Tetra Law and heads the Corporate / M&A practice. He specialises in corporate law, with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and complex corporate restructurings. He advises a broad and international client base, including family-owned businesses, mid-sized and large companies (including listed entities), as well as private equity funds and strategic investors, on both domestic and cross-border transactions. He is particularly recognised for his ability to lead and coordinate multi-jurisdictional deals, ensuring seamless execution across different legal systems and stakeholders.
He has extensive experience in structuring sophisticated transactions, including pre-deal reorganisations such as carve-outs, spin-offs and cross-border separations, often involving intricate corporate and tax considerations. In addition to his corporate practice, Jérôme Terfve co-heads the firm’s Tax practice, focusing on corporate taxation, which enables him to deliver fully integrated legal and tax advice.
