Career
Jeris Diana Brunette is a partner in the New York office of Bracewell LLP, where she has practiced for her entire career. She is a member of the firm’s Finance Department.
Jeris’ clients include leading foreign and domestic banks, alternative lenders, sponsors, and corporate borrowers. She represents clients in a range of lending and finance transactions, including broadly syndicated loans, project financings, debt restructurings, acquisition and asset-based financings, and structured commodity financings. She has particular sector depth in the energy industry, including power, renewables, and oil and gas. Her work often involves navigating bespoke collateral structures, cross-border elements, intercreditor arrangements, and commodity-linked components.
Jeris is a member of Bracewell’s Legal Opinions Committee and the editor of Bracewell’s quarterly Energy Transition bulletin.
