Jeremy is an IP litigation partner. His practice focuses on patent infringement disputes before the Delaware District Court. Acting as lead or Delaware counsel to clients from a variety of industries, his work tends to concentrate on pharmaceuticals, software, and networking technology.

His significant experience includes bench and jury trials, appeals, and virtual proceedings in patent and trademark cases.

Jeremy is immediate past-president of the Delaware Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and has led the organizing committee for the biannual District of Delaware Bench & Bar Conference.

Career

Prior to law school, Jeremy worked for the investigatory arm of the National Association of Securities Dealers.
