Jeremy A Tigan

Jeremy is an IP litigation partner. His practice focuses on patent infringement and trade secret disputes before the US District Court for the District of Delaware. Acting as lead or Delaware counsel to clients from a variety of industries, his work tends to concentrate on semiconductors, software, pharmaceuticals, and consumer products technologies.

His experience includes bench and jury trials in the District of Delaware as well as appeals before the Third and Federal Circuits. He frequently argues motions and discovery disputes in the District of Delaware, examines and cross-examines witnesses, and takes the lead on pre- and post-trial matters and appeals.

From 2021-2023, Jeremy served as president of the Delaware Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and has served on the organizing committee for the biannual District of Delaware Bench & Bar Conference for over a decade.

Prior to law school, Jeremy worked for the investigatory arm of the National Association of Securities Dealers.
