Jeremy is a partner in the Intellectual Property Litigation Group and serves as practice group coordinator for the Group. He represents clients as lead or Delaware counsel in litigation in the District of Delaware in a wide variety of industries, with a particular focus on the pharmaceuticals and Internet services industries.
In 2013, Jeremy completed the Federal Trial Practice Seminar, sponsored by the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware and the Federal Bar Association. He currently serves on the executive committee of the Delaware Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and is on the organizing committee for the biannual District of Delaware Bench & Bar conference.
Prior to law school, Jeremy worked for the investigatory arm of the National Association of Securities Dealers.
