Practice Areas
An experienced litigator, Jennifer focuses on patent, trademark, trade secrets, and other complex intellectual property disputes in federal and state court. Her experience encompasses all aspects of litigation from outset to trial and through appeal in both lead counsel and co-counsel roles. Jennifer also serves on the firm’s Diversity Committee, and on the Executive Committee for the Delaware State Bar Association.
A graduate of MIT, she frequently draws on her technical background in her patent litigation work. Jennifer has represented clients in the pharmaceutical, medical devices, and consumer products industries, as well as in the mechanical and high technology arts, with a focus on telecommunications and wireless technologies.
In addition to patent disputes, Jennifer has experience in a variety of other areas including copyright, trademark, trade secret, unfair competition, antitrust, and contract and licensing disputes.
Career
Prior to law school, Jennifer worked as a registered patent agent at an IP boutique in New York. She also served as a Law Clerk to The Honorable Jack B. Jacobs, Delaware Supreme Court from 2010 to 2011.
