Her experience, mostly international in nature, includes public and private M&A transactions, joint ventures, financings, debt and equity issuances, restructurings, structured finance transactions and special situations. Jenny advises across all sectors but has particularly specializes in energy and natural resources, infrastructure, and technology, media and telecommunications.
