Jennifer Wu

Jennifer Wu is a partner in the Austin office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She counsels companies across the technology and energy industries in capital raises and public offerings, including initial public offerings (IPOs), follow-on offerings and high yield debt offerings. In addition, she advises her clients on federal securities law compliance, ongoing corporate governance, and Exchange Act reporting and disclosure matters.

Jennifer has consistently been recognized by Super Lawyers and served on Law360’s Capital Markets and Texas Editorial Advisory Boards. She is a frequent presenter and go-to resource on the topics of board service, corporate governance, and IPO and public company readiness.
