Jennifer Wu is a partner in the Austin office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She counsels companies across the technology and energy industries in capital raises and public offerings, including initial public offerings (IPOs), follow-on offerings and high yield debt offerings. In addition, she advises her clients on federal securities law compliance, ongoing corporate governance, and Exchange Act reporting and disclosure matters.
