Jennifer Fahey handles complex commercial transitions across numerous industries, with a particular focus on energy.
Ms. Fahey advises clients on business formation, structure and governance, labor and employment issues, commercial contracts and leases, insurance, and other day-to-day operational matters. In addition, she regularly represents clients in multimillion-dollar commercial deals including complex acquisition, sale and financing transactions; coal, oil and gas production, sale and transportation agreements; private equity projects; carbon credit trading arrangements; and complex commercial disputes.
Ms. Fahey is also a talented litigator and was part of a team that won a $19.96 million judgment in favor of Wildcat Coal, LLC, against Bridger Coal Company in a lease dispute over the interpretation of an advance royalty provision.
