Cary Joshi

Ms. Joshi is the Practice Group Leader of Bailey Glasser’s national Commercial & Environmental Litigation Practice Group and is located in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. She has won numerous major trials in the last couple of years, including a $5 million arbitration award against MyPillow's Mike Lindell related to the 2020 election, as well as a $40 million federal court jury verdict in Texas.

Ms. Joshi is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Law as well as Yale University.

Ms. Joshi was named by Lawdragon one of its 500 Leading Litigators in America in 2025.

She has also received other accolades, including the following: Lawdragon 500 Leading Civil Rights & Plaintiff Employment Lawyers (2024) and Best Lawyers in America, Civil Rights Law, Washington, D.C. (2023-2025).
