Jennifer Quayle

Jennifer has a wealth of experience in all areas traditionally associated with private client work including the preparation of Wills, Trusts and estate planning, Probate and estate administration, elderly client issues and Court of Protection matters.

She assists personal representatives with the administration of estates including the use of post death restructuring and planning to mitigate tax. She offers personalised advice tailored to clients’ needs focusing on protecting family wealth for successive generations based on a clear understanding of clients’ priorities.

Jennifer is adept at dealing with difficult and sensitive issues with integrity and consideration, liaising with other professional advisors including accountants, financial advisors, investment managers and land agents to provide a complete private client service.

Jennifer has handled a number of matters which she has taken over from previous firms of solicitors which specialise in private client work, and has resolved issues and added value to achieve the best possible outcome.

Jennifer qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and has worked for a number of leading law firms in London and the North East of England prior to joining Latimer Hinks in 2015.
