Jennifer Lindberg

As an attorney practicing litigation, I get exposed to all types of cases. It is my job to get to know not only your case, but you. I want to learn what is important to you or your company, and I will work to help you find an efficient and successful resolution to help you achieve those goals. I have experience handling cases before state courts, federal courts, and state administrative agencies in both Iowa and Illinois. In addition to my courtroom experience, I worked as an insurance regulator which gave me the experience of seeing cases from the other side of the table.

I work hard to provide efficient and practical advice, understanding that litigation can be disruptive to your day-to-day lives and business. What can be routine to me as a lawyer is anything but routine to you. It is important to me that you understand what the issues are, and that we have direct communication about what the case may bring. I am your advocate, and I take that role seriously.
