Jennifer Jackson's practice focuses on developing and implementing comprehensive compliance programs for corporations and organizations with respect to lobbying, campaign finance, ethics, revolving door, and pay-to-play.
She has represented corporations with government affairs and political law compliance issues at the federal, state, and local level for issues including lobbying and campaign finance registration and reporting; government ethics and conflicts of interest; and related enforcement actions. Recognized by Chambers USA in the political law arena, Jennifer has significant experience working on complex questions arising under the Lobbying Disclosure Act (LDA), the Honest Leadership and Open Government Act (HLOGA), the Federal Election Campaign Act (FECA), and the House and Senate Ethics and Gift Rules, as well as extensive knowledge of state lobbying, ethics, and campaign finance laws. Her experience spans multiple industries and various types of corporate entities, and includes clients with large and small government affairs teams. Jennifer has experience performing comprehensive audits of corporate lobbying and campaign finance activity. She also provides training in all areas of political law compliance on issues such as employee political activity, grassroots lobbying, and compliance program implementation.
