Represents content distributors, television station groups, trade associations, and other media and technology companies on a wide range of issues before the FCC and Congress, and in their transactions and other business arrangements. Media clients benefit from her deep industry knowledge and particular expertise with respect to network/affiliate issues, spectrum, retransmission and other content distribution arrangements. Ms. Johnson also co-chairs global Covington's Internet of Things (IoT) Initiative, which assists companies across industries as they navigate legal issues associated with artificial intelligence and IoT.
