Represents content distributors, technology companies, networks, industry associations, television station groups, and other entities in the media and technology sector on a wide range of regulatory and policy issues, and in transactions and other business arrangements. Media clients benefit from her deep industry knowledge and particular expertise with respect to FCC regulatory issues as well as traditional and Internet-based content distribution agreements.
Ms. Johnson co-chairs Covington's global and multi-disciplinary Internet of Things (IoT) group, where she and others assist companies across industries as they navigate the legal issues associated with internet connected products and services.
