Jeffrey Liu is a Partner at Lexcel Partners and is licensed to practice law in Taiwan. He is recognized for his capital markets practice, with particular strength in asset management, investment funds, corporate investment and financial regulatory compliance. He has advised leading asset management companies in Taiwan for nearly 20 years and regularly works with regulators and industry associations on market and regulatory matters.

Admitted to the National Bar, Republic of China / Taiwan. Jeffrey also maintains close working relationships with competent authorities and industry associations/exchanges in Taiwan through regulatory advisory work and research projects.
