Angela is a Partner at Lexcel Partners and is licensed to practice law in Taiwan. She advises multinational corporations, financial institutions and asset managers on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, corporate governance, asset management, investment funds and financial regulatory matters. She has extensive experience in complex transactions and regulatory approvals for more than 12 years, and is also actively involved in professional and industry organizations, regularly contributing to legal and regulatory discussions affecting Taiwan's financial and investment markets.

Admitted to the National Bar, Republic of China / Taiwan.

Deputy Secretary-General of the Secretariat of the Taipei Bar Association.

Co-Chair of the Alternative Assets Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Taiwan (AmCham Taiwan).

She also maintains close working relationships with competent authorities and industry associations in Taiwan through regulatory advisory work.
