Jeffrey read law at Queen Mary, University of London and completed his PCLL at the Chinese University of Hong Kong where he was awarded a partial scholarship. He was called to the Bar in 2010.
Jeffrey specialises and has considerable experience in matrimonial matters, especially in connection with matrimonial finance. His expertise spans complex issues such as third-party claims on matrimonial property and the enforcement of pre- and post-nuptial agreements. Jeffrey is also well-versed in children related disputes, including but not limited to Wardship and Hague Convention matters.
Regularly instructed as sole advocate, Jeffrey is adept at conducting trials and providing written submissions in both English and Chinese.
In both 2023 and 2024, Jeffrey sat as a Deputy District Judge, Family Court.
