Focuses on complex employment discrimination claims, restrictive covenant/trade secret disputes, wage and hour claims, executive terminations and workforce restructurings, internal investigations, and workplace counseling. Represents Fortune 500 companies, private equity funds, non-profits, boards, special committees, directors, financial services companies, and sports leaders including The Andrew Mellon Foundation, Creative Artists Agency, Godiva, Goldman Sachs, Grubhub, Eli Lilly, Euronext, Hudson’s Bay Company, Mastercard, Lincoln Center, Lindsay Goldberg, Signet Jewelers, and Tiffany & Co. Also a sports law expert with experience in litigation, contract negotiations, licensing, and endorsement agreements on behalf of numerous professional athletes and management personnel, sports broadcasters, entertainers, players associations and sports entities, including Jim Harbaugh, DJ Durkin, Under Armour, and Zion Williamson.
