Jeffrey Conn

Jeffrey J. Conn counsels lenders, borrowers, private equity groups, corporations, and real estate owners and developers in syndicated and bilateral commercial and real estate credit facilities, mergers and acquisitions, and matters involving general corporate, real estate, and financial advice.

Jeff works with lenders and borrowers to structure, document, and negotiate cash flow, asset-based, mezzanine, real estate acquisition, and construction loan financings. He represents private equity groups, small, middle-market, and large corporations in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and the drafting and negotiating of contracts. Real estate owners and developers seek Jeff’s advice in the acquisition, construction, and leasing of real property. Jeff also advises owners and investors in the sale, purchase and investment in professional sports teams.

In addition to his role as Chairman of the firm, Jeff serves as the Member in Charge of the firm’s Pittsburgh office.
