As Counsel at LSW, Rosie Rubin has focused her practice on white collar and regulatory defense. Rosie’s trial portfolio includes two acquittals—on behalf of a small community bank charged with larceny and mortgage fraud, and on behalf of a construction industry executive charged with larceny and fraud. The trials lasted for several months, and in each, Rosie was a key member of the team that persuaded the jury to reach the just result. Rosie also has been instrumental in achieving favorable outcomes for other LSW clients in matters involving alleged FCPA violations, money laundering, tax fraud, securities fraud, and accounting fraud. Additionally, Rosie has counseled clients on issues involving legal ethics, and she recently co-authored an amicus brief submitted by the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, arguing against an expansive interpretation of the FCPA.
