Jasper is an expert in employment law with expertise in mediating and settling out of court as well as in litigation. He handles all aspects of employment law and has significant expertise in traditional individual employment matters including executive compensation and departures. He is a specialist when it comes to misconduct and frequently assists clients who have investigations conducted or are subject of investigations, in some cases very publicity-sensitive. Jasper represents clients active in a range of sectors, including law firms, cultural institutions, publishing companies and healthcare institutions. He is known for his solution-oriented and hands-on approach.
Jasper is a member of the Dutch Employment Law Association (VvA), the Amsterdam Association of Employment Law Attorneys (VAAA), the Dutch Society for Employment Attorneys (VAAN) and the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA).
