He is a partner at Tyr LLP and head of the firm's insolvency and restructuring litigation practice. Jason advises clients facing a wide array of business challenges and disputes. This includes advising and representing distressed companies, monitors, receivers, creditors and other stakeholders in insolvency and restructuring matters and the resulting litigation fallout, as well as complex commercial litigation such as corporate stakeholder disputes, corporate governance matters, class actions, as well as litigating and advising on regulatory matters, fraud investigations and recovery, foreign corruption and economic sanctions. Jason also provides governance and strategic advice to boards, directors and management on a wide range of governance and business issues.
