Leveraging her degree in biochemistry, Amy has represented numerous life sciences companies in patent infringement and impeachment actions, as well as proceedings under the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations. She has a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the regulatory framework in which it operates and routinely advises on regulatory, advertising and licensing matters. Amy also guides clients on trademark, trade secret, springboarding and copyright issues, and has significant experience in infringement, oppositions and social media-related disputes and proceedings. Amy is consistently recognized as a leading lawyer in IP and life sciences, including in Lexpert, IAM Patent 1000, IP Stars, Legal 500, Lexology and World Trademark Review 1000.
