Jason Sanderson

Jason Sanderson is a partner in the Emerging Companies + Venture Capital Group based in San Francisco.

With nearly two decades of experience as a corporate lawyer, primarily practicing in the venture space, Jason assists innovative companies in navigating a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including formation and general corporate governance, operations and commercial transactions, and financing and M&A transactions.

In addition to his work with companies, Jason advises venture capital funds, family offices, and angel investors on their investments in emerging companies and fund formation and structuring matters. His experience includes participation in nearly 1,000 venture capital financings across the US, UK, and other jurisdictions.

Jason’s experience also extends to domestic and international M&A transactions, where he has successfully handled deals ranging from small tuck-in acquisitions and acqui-hires to billion-dollar mergers and sales.
