Jason appears regularly as sole counsel in high-value commercial disputes, in both Court and arbitration, and often on an urgent or expedited basis.

Recent cases include acting for the successful party in a $2.5bn arbitration claim concerning an offshore drilling rig, acting for a major aviation hull all risks insurer in multi-billion dollar disputes regarding the alleged loss of aircraft following the Russian invasion of Ukraine, acting on behalf of an EU member state in an ICC arbitration worth $5bn concerned with the construction of naval submarines, representing the successful claimant in respect of a dispute over the multi-million dollar sale of a Ferrari race car (DD Classics Limited v Kent Chen [2022] EWHC 1357, [2022] EWHC 1404), and acting for the defendants in a significant fraud claim (Pisante & Ors v Logothetis & Ors [2022] EWHC 2575).
