Jason co-founded Roxburgh Milkins with Bruce Roxburgh in 2003 and heads up the corporate department. He has a wide range of corporate transaction experience, supporting entrepreneurial businesses in all stages of their growth.
His specialism is in strategic acquisitions and eventual exits for private companies, particularly in the telecoms sector. He enjoys supporting several of these companies with their long-term buy & build strategies.
Jason now divides his time between the UK and France, helping international businesses undertake corporate and commercial transactions governed by English law, both in the UK and abroad.
Jason Milkins has recently advised on:
- Focus Group’s acquisition of Prism, a Managed Service Provider specialising in SME marketplace with a team of 50 staff servicing over 6,000 end users throughout the UK.
- Focus Group’s investment in Altrincham-based CCaaS specialists Contact Systems as it bolsters its CX portfolio and reinforces its commitment to driving results for its customers using connected cloud technologies.
- Focus Group’s acquisition of Ipswich-based TMAC, enabling Focus to capitalise on partnership synergies with network providers and offer customers the opportunity to tap into a comprehensive portfolio of innovative technology spanning IT, communications and cyber security.
