Charles is a highly experienced corporate transactional lawyer, regularly advising on mergers and acquisitions, start-ups, investments, joint ventures and private equity transactions. He has a particular focus on advising high-growth companies and entrepreneurs on equity fundraisings from start-up through to funding rounds and then through to exit.

Charles is also a mentor for the government’s Help to Grow scheme.

- the sale to RSK of Kendall Kingscott, a business with more than 200 people operating from 6 hubs across the South and South West of England and Wales.

- the sale of Sennen Tech to Kraken Technologies, part of Octopus Energy Group.

- Siloton, the Bristol-based health tech start-up, securing £860,000 to progress its roll-out of its groundbreaking eye imaging chip technology.
