Jason Krieser co-heads the Firm's Technology & Outsourcing Practice. He advises clients on all aspects of technology transactions and complex commercial contracts. He is an internationally recognized advisor on outsourcing matters, including in relation to information technology, business process and offshore issues. He handles technology development and licensing matters, joint ventures, strategic alliances, manufacturing agreements, key supply and distribution agreements, Internet of Things (IoT), e-commerce matters. Has handled cloud-computing transactions - such as software as a service (SaaS), infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS) transactions, since the birth of cloud-computing industry in the early 2000s.
